Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Eye For Design. We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please read our return policy carefully to understand our procedures and conditions for returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: All return requests must be initiated within 3 days of the purchase date. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Any item that is damaged, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable goods

3. Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@eyefordesign.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Packaging: Please securely package the item(s) and include the original receipt or proof of purchase, along with the RA number provided by our customer service team.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, or items missing parts.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team at admin@eyefordesign.co.za

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
